Signed contract, credit card authorization form, and 33% non-refundable deposit payable in cash, cashier's check / money order or credit / debit card [MasterCard, Visa, or Discover] required to reserve. If paying in cash or cashier's check / money order, balance is due on the day of event prior to entering the vehicle. If paying the balance by credit card, balance is due at least 3 business days prior to the event so that we can charge the card on file. Credit card payment will not be allowed on the day of the event.

Cancellation of any kind after booking will result in loss of 33% non-refundable deposit. If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the wedding you will be charged for the entire trip.
